Feed the Birds

If you’re a gardener you know that there nature holds bound to many beautiful things, plants and animals alike.

In your garden you may have come across many different birds. One bird in particular the hummingbird which is primarily only found in North America is a common bird to be seen in a garden. A great way to ensure visits from these birds is to provide the hummingbirds with their favorite type of food, nectar. An easy way to do this to get a feeder and create nectar from scratch using 1 part sugar to every 4 parts water. Hummingbirds love nectar and will surely enjoy your homemade version, this constant supply will give the birds reason to re spawn often.

Now the finch is a another bird that you may encounter in your garden. There are many birds that look like finches so you need to be sure that the bird you’re watching actually is a finch.
